The evening begins with an elegant pre-function reception as the introduction to the evening's festivities, offering guests an opportunity to mingle, connect, and immerse themselves in the refined ambiance of the occasion. This gathering sets the stage for an unforgettable evening of celebration.

02 · Gala Begins
Ballroom doors will open promptly at 7:00 PM. The program will commence with elegance and purpose, bringing together an atmosphere of great joy, entertainment, nutrition, and celebration.

Parking & Arrival
Know Where to Go
We have two accessible and convenient ways for you to park. Parking for Friday evening at The Loews Atlanta Hotel is located at the front entrance of the hotel via Valet OR the 11th and 12th Street Parking Deck adjacent to the hotel. Follow these directions for parking, validation, and check-in.
Self-Parking in the Deck
- 01Enter the 11th or 12th Street Parking Deck and pull a parking ticket.
- 02Conveniently park on levels P5–11.
- 03Follow the signs in the garage to the Loews Atlanta Hotel entrance.
- 04Take the elevator up to Level C.
- 05Exit the elevator and go to the right, where guest services will greet you and assist with wayfinding.
- 06Be prepared for check-in by having your mobile devices and tickets conveniently located. Check-in will be alphabetical based upon the last name of the individual who purchased the ticket(s).
Valet at the Main Entrance
- 01Arrive at the hotel main entrance on 11th Street. Drive around the roundabout and the hotel staff will assist you with valeting your vehicle.
- 02Enter the hotel through the main lobby, where guest services will greet you and assist you to the appropriate elevator.
- 03Exit the elevator and go to your left, where guest services will greet you and direct you to check-in.
- 04Be prepared for check-in by having your mobile devices and tickets conveniently located. Check-in will be alphabetical based upon the last name of the individual who purchased the ticket(s).

Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your general admission ticket(s). Lodging is optional, and each individual is solely responsible for arranging and paying for accommodations separately and directly with the hotel. The Gala room block closed on October 20th. Know Before You Go
What is the earliest I can access the building?
You may conveniently access the hotel amenities at your leisure. However, the Gala experience will NOT be accessible to the public until 6:00 PM.
Do I have to wear all black?
No. The event is formal attire but not exclusive to black formal wear.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
No. All tickets must be purchased in advance through our secure ticketing platform.
Are refunds available?
No. All ticket sales are final.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Tickets may be transferred to another guest.
If I can’t find my emailed ticket, can I still attend?
Yes. Our team can verify your registration at check-in.
How will seating arrangements be determined?
Seating assignments will be provided at check-in. Guests who purchase tickets together will be seated as a group. Seat placement will be prioritized based on the order in which tickets were purchased.
Can I change my entrée selection?
No. All meal selections are final and cannot be changed.
Is this an adults-only event?
Yes. The gala is exclusively for guests ages 18 and older.
Where is the venue located?
The gala will be held at the Loews Atlanta Hotel, located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. Get Directions
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Yes. The venue is equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities and mobility needs.
How accessible is the gala ballroom from the parking deck?
The walk is relatively short and convenient. The parking deck is connected to Loews Atlanta Hotel, and guests can take the elevator directly to the conference level where the gala ballroom is located. Signage and event staff will help direct guests upon arrival.
Do I have to pay for parking?
Yes. Parking rates are as follows:
Self-parking: $15 in the parking deck
Valet parking: $40
How is the traffic in the area?
Traffic in Midtown Atlanta can be heavy, particularly on Friday evenings. We encourage guests to plan accordingly and allow ample time for travel and arrival.
